Follow up inspection to report #DSOG-AZJSL2: - The paper towel dispenser is still not in working order. The operator stated that a new unit will be installed on the side of the handwashing station. There is adequate supply of paper towels at the handwashing station at the time of the inspection. The operator is to submit a picture of the new unit once installed via email.
