Hand sink equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towel. Baby formula all with expiry dates - system in place for expiry date checks (done weekly). General sanitation was good at time of inspection. All coolers < 4 C (alarm system in place all coolers / freezers equipped with thermometers.) Freezers < - 18 C. Quats sanitizer available at 200 ppm. Pest control in place no activity observed. All canned goods checked for dents/damage before stocking. No dented cans observed.
