An unscheduled follow-up inspection to routine inspection #SHUN-C6UNWE was conducted. Areas of non-compliance identified at the last routine inspection were inspected for compliance.

Summary of Inspection
At the follow-up inspection conducted today October 12, 2021, there were two children, and the Licensee present.
All previously identified contraventions have been addressed appropriately.
No further action is required from Licensing and the Licensee.
The contents of the inspection report was reviewed with the Licensee at the time of the inspection. This report was written off site ( .25 hrs ) due to Covid-19 to help promote health and hygiene. A copy of this report was emailed to the facility.
