Comments

Handsinks in the front area, back area, and washroom were supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
Note: Re-locate the hot-holding unit currently located on the counter below the paper towel dispenser so that water from hands does not drip onto the lids or food.
Walk-in-cooler and other coolers were at or below 4 degrees C (40 degrees F).
Refrigeration units were equipped with thermometers.
Walk-in-freezer and other freezers were at or below -18 degrees C (0 degrees F).
Compressors in the walk-in-cooler and walk-in-freezer appeared to be in a clean condition.
Hot-holding unit and hot-held food were at or above 60 degrees C (140 degrees F).
A probe thermometer was available on-site.
200 ppm QUATS sanitizer was available in the spray bottle and from both dispensers.
No signs of recent pest activity were present at the time of inspection.
Staff member with SafeCheck Advanced Food Safety Canadian Food Safety Group certification was present on shift.
