Follow-up Inspection Conducted - Refer to routine inspection report #SDHI-CY7V6U for outstanding violations Observations: - General sanitation satisfactory - Hand washing stations are unobstructed and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel - Low-temperature dishwasher has been repaired and is measured at 100 ppm chlorine concentration at plate surface - Chlorine sanitizer in bucket measured at 200 ppm chlorine concentration with test strip - 3-compartment sink observed in use for manual warewashing. Sanitizer in 3rd compartment measured at 200 ppm chlorine concentration with test strip - Operator has obtained new chlorine test strips - Operator stated that they have ordered a new dishwasher, expected to be delivered and installed next week. Operator will send photos and machine specifications to the health inspector for review. - No signs of pests during inspection - FOODSAFE Level 1 trained operator available on site - No preparation observed in the back storage area Please contact the health inspector for any questions or concerns.
