209 - Food not protected from contamination [s. 12(a)] Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): A small basket of onion seeds was stored next to the dishwasher and a box of squash were stored underneath the three compartment sink. Corrective Action(s): Move both of these away from the dishwashing area. Do not store food, clean utensils/dishware, or any other clean food equipment at the dishwashing area. - Hand washing stations are equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels - Coolers (undercounters and double door) at < or = 4C - Double door freezer at < or = -18C - Food warmer is present but not in use - High temperature dishwasher is available. Final rinse temperature reached 71.3C. - Three compartment sink is available for manual dishwashing - 200 ppm Quat sanitizer is available from dispenser and in spray bottle - No signs of pests observed during inspection *Kitchen is used by members of the Church once or twice per month. Food is not served to the general public. *Ensure temperatures of the coolers (4C or less), freezer (-18C or less), food warmer (60C or more), and the dishwasher (min 71C during rinse) are checked when kitchen is being used *Paper towel dispensers are not functioning. Repair them before the kitchen is used again or provide alternative source of paper towels.
