Routine inspection conducted. General Comments: Hand washing stations maintained. Staff noted frequently wash hands between tasks. Proper Equipment cleaning noted at the time of this inspection. Food safe sanitizer utilized to sanitize dough mixer, counter tops and other implements. QUAT 200-400 ppm available as sanitizer. 2- comp sin maintained. Chemicals stored properly. All food products noted off the floor and open packages stored in pest proof containers Floors noted clean and maintained. Reminders: fly strips discussed Deep cleaning of freezer floor discussed. Pest control company has been hired to control fly issues.
