Follow up inspection to report #DSOG-CJYQQR. CLOSURE ORDER issued.

- Presoaked noodles (rice noodles, bean curds, vermicelli noodles) stored inside the display cooler at < or = 4C.
- Surface sanitizer available at 100ppm chlorine bleach concentration.
- All handwash sinks supplied with cold running water, soap, paper towels.
- Ice scoop stored on hook inside the ice machine. Handle not touching the ice.
