Comments Temperature: Slushee machine measured at 2C; ice coffee measured at 1C. Dairy and creamer display cooler measured at 2C. Sandwich display cooler measured at 2C. Display coolers measured at 3C. Frozen food freezer measured at -18C. Standing and sliding ice cream freezers measured at -24C. Walk in cooler measured at 2C. Sanitation: Handsink, staff washroom, and public washrooms supplied with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels. Equipment and utensils are cleaned and sanitized at 3 compartment sink shared with Triple O's. All products are packaged and are minimum six inches off the floor. Canned products on shelves are intact and within best before dates. Sanitizer spray bottle at coffee station measured at 200ppm QUATs. No signs of pest activity at the time of inspection. Overall sanitation of the premises is excellent - Keep up the good work!
