Construction/renovation is occurring: - lunch room, lab and shipping office to be completed as soon as City approval is granted - extension to contain walk-in cooler and walk-in freezers - food products kept away from construction areas - new equipment in the process of being installed * Please send completed plans to your area inspector as per the previous inspection * - Handwashing station is on the other side of the wall from the washrooms, stocked with soap and running water; please reattach paper towel dispenser to the wall - Ladies' room stocked with soap, paper towels and running water - Foods are kept at least 15cm off the ground - Hairnets and lab coats available for all staff and visitors
