Corrective Action(s): Remove cardboard sheets from shelves. All areas described are to be thoroughly cleaned to remove all build-up of debris from surfaces. Violation Score: 3

No signs of pest activity observed. Walk-in Cooler 1 C 2 door freezer -17 C sandwich display cooler 4 C Breyers chest freezer -25 C monster cooler 6 C (no PHF), red bull cooler 5 C (no PHF), reign cooler 5 C (no PHF) Note: Ensure food equipment such as dairy thermos, ice scoops are cleaned and sanitized following 3 step manual dishwashing. 1)clean surface of debris using warm water and detergent, 2)rinse surface with warm water, 3)immerse for 2 minutes in 100 ppm chlorine (1 tsp bleach / 1 litre water), 4)allow surface of item to air dry before next use.
