-Walk-in cooler was at 4C.
-Under counter cooler was at 4C.
-Dairy display cooler was at 4C.
-Ice cream hopper was at 2C.
-Upright freezers were at -19C/-20C.
-Chest freezers were at -20C/-29C.
-Hot holding was greater than 60C. Foods are discarded after 4 hours.
-Cleaning and sanitizing carried out in the 2-compartment sink. Quats sanitizer was tested at 200ppm.
-Handwash station accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Quats sanitizer pail was at 200ppm.
-Self-service beverage area had signage reminding customers to sanitizer their hands and sanitizer available by the beverage stations.
-Ice cream dispenser cleaned and sanitized twice a week. Machine is kept on and below 4C at all times.
-General food storage practices good at the time of inspection. Foods stored off the ground and protected from potential contamination.
-Random selection of foods were within their best before dates and in good condition.
-Foods and non-food items properly stored separately.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
-Washroom clean and sanitary. Handwash station supplied with liquid hand soap and single use paper towels.
-FOODSAFE Level 1 equivalent valid until 2025-10-07.
