-Permit fee and health application rec'd at time of inspection (cheque # 008)
-All hand wash stations fully equipped + accessible
-All coolers 4 deg. C or less (walk in, under counter, prep cooler...etc)
-Walk in freezer x 2 both less than -18 deg. C
-Hot holding (potatoes, chicken strips, bacon, soup...etc) higher than 60 deg. C
-Probe thermometer available to check internal food temps.
-All foods appeared protected (ie. off the ground, covered...etc)
*operator to get light covers/sleeves installed for lights in dry storage.
-General sanitation satisfactory. No obvious signs of pest activity.
-Quat sanitizer @ source, in containers with cloths submerged and in spray bottle 200 ppm. Test strips available.
-High temp DW achieved 71 deg. C with thermolabel.
