- Premises is a hookah lounge that serves tea, nespresso and desserts (cookies, cakes).
- Sugar and rock candies (sticks) come individually packaged
- Microwave on site for personal use and occasionally to heat up cookies if any customers request.
- Desserts obtained from approved sources. Invoices provided from Fortuna Bakery (cakes) and Pane e Formaggio Operations (cookies).
- One door dessert cooler 4C, one door beverage cooler 3C. Note: Display case cooler not in use for potentially hazardous foods. Only used to display beverages. Ensure unit is able to maintain 4C or less before storing any potentially hazardous foods in it.
- Quat sanitizer in spray bottle 200ppm. Quat test strips available.
- Low temperature dishwasher had 50ppm chlorine. Chlorine test strips available.
- All foods appeared protected (ie. stored off the ground, covered, separate from hookah equipment...etc)
- All hand wash stations fully equipped (soap, paper towel hot and cold running water) and unobstructed
- Designated room set up for hookah equipment. Single use disposable tips used for customers.
- Good general sanitation. No obvious signs of pest activity noted. |
