Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): (REPEATED VIOLATION) - Chopped cilantro container (garnish) without any lid was found next to the hand wash station.
Corrective Action(s): Store garnish away from the hand wash station to prevent the risk of contamination. The staff discarded the cilantro at the time of inspection. Consider installing the splash guard between the handwash station and food prep table if you prefer to store garnish on the food prep table.

Observation: 1. 3 compartment sink:
a. sanitizer measured to be 50ppm, and
b. signage posted indicates water temperature shoudl reach 77°C.
Correction: a. sanitizer at 3 compartment sink should be between 100-200ppm bleach. This can be achieved by mixing 0.5tsp unscented bleach / 1L water.
b. tap water generally does not reach 77°C; tap water measured 39.5°C at time of inspection; use above (a) sanitizer mixing ratio to mix proper sanitizer solution.

Follow-up inspection conducted to the routine inspection (inspection report #TCHN-C89M6J).

Observations made:
- 3 compartment dishwashing sink was available for washing dishes. The concentration of bleach solution in one of the sink was measured at 200ppm.
- Handwash station was repaired and fully functional. Adequate supply of hot and cold water, liquid soap and single use paper towels was provided.
- Handle-less scoop was stored outside in a sanitary manner. Use proper scoops with handles for food handling practices.
