-Follow-up inspection to September 21, 2022. -Picked food items from unknown sources have been removed from the facility. Operator stated the supplied returned to take the food items back. -Foods stored in zipper seal bags have been removed from the facility. Operator stated she has requested the supplier place labels on the food items and store foods in sealed, tamper resistant packaging. -Sausages have been removed from the facility. -In the future, do not accept foods without proper labels and tamper resistant packaging. Keep invoices on-site to verify foods are from approved sources (digital copies of the invoices are acceptable). -Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns. -Signature not required due to COVID-19.
