Inspection report: 262442 Met with owner and hand delivered the new Permit to operate. In the future owner is proposing the following: - replace the old 3 compartment sink with new that will be supplied with mechanical dispensing chemical system - install commercial dishwasher for washing smaller equipment / utensils - install new splash guard around the dishwashing area
