Routine Inspection conducted today.

Handwashing sink well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
3-compartment sink available for manual warewashing. Bleach (Chlorine-based) on-site.
Prep cooler, display cooler, stand-up coolers measured at 4C or lower. Stand-up freezer and chest freezer at back of house measured at -18C or lower. Hot-holding units measured at 60C or higher. Meats undergo secondary cooking step.
Ice machine observed to be in sanitary condition. Ice scoop observed to be stored outside. Bubble tea scoops for jellies and powder observed to be stored outside from containers.
In-house utensils cleaned every 1 hour.

NOTE: Ensure to follow Sanitation Plan on daily cleaning and sanitizing underneath equipment to prevent possible pest harbourage.
