Introduction

The purpose of today’s inspection was to conduct a scheduled routine inspection to review the physical facility and health and hygiene practices.

Observed Violations

No violations were found during the inspection.

Comments

At the inspection dated June 23, 2020 there were no children and 1 staff present. At this inspection, no contraventions were identified. As part of this Routine Inspection a Facility Risk Assessment Tool is completed and a copy is provided. Covid-19 prevention strategies were reviewed and discussed. A Covid-19 resource package was provided. This report was not signed on site due to the Covid-19 pandemic to help promote health and hygiene.
