Observation: Observed scoop ice cream freezer. Please note that a scoop ice cream requires the following:
1. Permit to Operate - this requires permit fees
2. Hand washing sink at the front service area. The sink is to be equipped with liquid soap, paper towel and hot & cold running water
3. There must be one person on-site at all time with a valid foodsafe level 1 certificate
4. Food safety plan & sanitation plan
5. Dipper well for scoops
Corrective Action(s): Either install the requirement and submit the appropriate paperwork OR remove the scoop icecream unit.

Until health approval has been given by our office, the ice cream unit is not to be used.
