Follow up inspection to MTRG-AFCRXJ. The following deficiencies were corrected during time of inspection. - Doors to front were kept closed during time of inspection - Spillage found underneath and between shelving throughout facility has been removed (In dry goods/ bulk foods storage room) (In Bulk foods dispensing stations) - All bulk containers were closed during time of inspection - Walk in cooler has been thoroughly cleaned - During time of inspection, ALL handwashing stations had paper towels, liquid soap and hot/cold running water - Bleach available on-site in several locations - Facility has been thoroughly cleaned - General sanitation of facility well maintained during time of inspection
