Foods are stored on ice and food temperatures are checked every hour (food items were probed at 7C to 10C) Corrective Action(s): Until cooler unit is repaired and in good working order, ensure foods are maintained at/or below 4C. Ensure foods are placed on a mixture of ice/water and the solution is the height of the food items. Operator stated it may take 1 to 2 weeks for a technician to find the parts. Violation Score: 9
