Observation: Staff is unsure which chemical to use on countertops. Asked for sanitizer but the bottles onsite were degreasers and cleaners.
Corrective Action(s): Quats santiizer appear to be available in the back by mop sink. Manual mixing is required. Please prepare a labelled spray bottle containing 200-400ppm Quats sanitizer ready to use by follow up inspection.
