Introduction

An unscheduled routine inspection was conducted to assess compliance with the Community Care and Assisted Living Act (CCALA), the Child Care Licensing Regulations (CCLR) and the relevant Director of Licensing Standards of Practice (DLSP). All areas of the facility were reviewed for compliance.

Contraventions
Previous Inspection - Contraventions observed on FIR #KSEY-AY6UJK have been corrected.
Current Inspection - Items reviewed comply with the Act, regulations & standards of practice.

Observed Violations
No violations were found during the inspection.

Comments

At the inspection dated April 15, 2019 there were 15 children and 2 staff present. At this inspection no contraventions were identified.
During inspection Licensing observed children take part in a reading time, have snack and then engage in free play in the outdoor play area.
During inspection Licensing observed staff interacting with children while they were engaged in activities as well as give warnings before times of transition.
As part of this Routine Inspection a Facility Risk Assessment Tool is completed and a copy is provided.
