Please move all items in such way that allows space for handwashing. Handwashing is critical for preventing contamination onto food. ) Code 301 noted on Routine inspection # JMAA-AW2UF5 of Feb-16-2018 Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not maintained in sanitary condition [s. 17(1)] (Table-mounted can opener has tomato sauce residue between the gears.)

Follow-up inspection to routine conducted on February 15, 2018 (RPT # JMAA-AW2UF5) to ensure that equipment (e.g. can-opener) is continually maintained in a sanitary condition and to verify if cracked sliding door has been replaced. - Can-opener and utensils are maintained in a sanitary condition - good - Handwash stations are unobstructed and adequately stocked with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels Manager states that sliding glass door has been put on order but has not arrived yet. Please email the covering Environmental Health Officer once the component arrives and has been installed. Attach a photo of the replaced door for verification.
