Observation: Rodent dropping observed underneath the dry storage racks in the dry storage area.

Routine Inspection conducted today.
-Self-serving beverage station is restricted. Staff to dispense coffee at customer request.
-Bleach on-site. Operator prepared bleach solution measured at 200ppm chlorine. Operator informed that they clean self-serving beverage stations daily. Ensure that beverage equipment are washed with soapy water followed by sanitization with bleach solution.
-Stand-up coolers measured at 4C or lower. Chest freezers and stand-up freezers measured at -18C or lower.
