Walk in cooler at less than 4 oC
hot holding units at > 60 C
meat slicers are ok
General sanitation of floors, walls, equipment was excellent
staff practice good hygiene--> hairnets, gloves used
No signs of pests at time of inspection.
Temp log sheets are on site and up to date
