Hand sinks are adequately supplied with hot and cold running water, soap and paper towel in dispensers.
Staff washrooms have reasonable sanitation and are well supplied with soap and paper towel in dispensers.
Dishwasher final rinse temperature >71C.
Probe thermometer available on site for checking dishwasher temperature. Gauge of dishwasher working adequately and takes about 20min to get up to temperature, operator is aware to monitor.
Thermometers available for coolers.
Coolers <4C.
Freezers <-18C.
Sanitizer >200ppm Quat.
Additional alcohol based sanitizer 70% available for environmental cleaning.
Dry storage area is reasonably clean and organized.
Recommend pest proof containers for dry goods.
Mouse trap is upside down and not flush against the wall.
No signs of pests at the time of inspection.
One plexi glass in dining area is chipped and cracked. Remove or repair.
Foodsafe Certificate for new chef is posted on the wall. Please provide a copy for Fraser Health file.
