Routine inspection conducted: - Handwashing station supplied with liquid soap, hot/cold running water and hand towels. Enough towels available, but make sure to put papertowels instead. - Bleach available on site. Bleach spray bottle available. NOTE: Ensure to add 1/2 tsp of bleach per bottle and prepare the solution every 2 weeks. - Cooler operating at required temperature of 4'C; Freezers operating at required temperature of -18'C. - High temperature dishwasher achieved 71.7'C at plate level after final rinse. - Not much food stored on site. - Washroom handsink satisfactory. - General sanitation satisfactory but could be improved. As previously advised, ensure to contact the health inspector to submit a plan to obtain approval prior to renovation. Please contact the health inspector for any questions or concerns.
