- Inspection conducted to follow up on routine inspection ABAI-BDCR5S
- No potentially hazardous foods stored at room temperature at time of inspection.
- No panini grills noted on site at time of inspection
- Premises has submitted formal proposal to obtain health approval to provide the following foods:
Bacon cheddar twisty bread, plain pretzels, mustard and beer cheese sauce from East Side Beer Food
Chimichuri tofu jerky, sweat heat tofu jerky and tropic thunder beef jerky from The Jerk Store
Sandwiches from Cioffi's
- The above noted items are approved to be provided by the premises provided that all the items are individually packaged/wrapped by the supplier.
- The premises is not an approved food service establishment and does not have the warewashing facilities to accommodate warewashing any food equipment/utensils other than beer glasses at this time.
- The pretzels, bacon cheddar twisty bread and jerky are shelf stable products
- The sauces and sandwiches are required to be stored at 4C or less in the cooler unit.
- The premises is no longer permitted to carry any samosa or asparagus twisty cheese bread.
- Do not make any changes to the layout or operation of the premises (ie. installation of equipment, addition/changes to the menu...etc) without obtaining health approval.
- Should future inspections identify reoccurring infractions (ie. temperature abuse, use of panini grills..etc), progressive enforcement will take place (ie. issuance of health act orders, violation tickets..etc).
