The following was observed at the time of inspection:

-Hand sink in use with liquid soap and paper towels
-Premise is clean and sanitary
-Kitchen counter cooler at 4 deg. C (mushrooms)
-Stand up seafood freezer at -20 deg. C
-3 compartment freezer at -18 deg. C (blueberries)
-short term white freezer at -8 deg. C (pickled goods)
Note: ensure to use up inventory on regular basis for short term frozen goods.
-2 compartment cooler 3 deg. C (eggs)
-Food is protected from contamination
-Inline hot holding not in use at time of inspection. Same with one chest cooler
-Temperature logs in use
-Dishwasher final rinse cycle at 73.6 deg. C at the plate based on min/max temp probe

-Bleach sanitizer in use
-Quats sanitizer (200 ppm) in use
-No signs of pest
-Permit on display in conspicuous location

-Volunteers have updated their Foodsafe Level 1 certification this summer. good job
