Code 302 noted on Routine inspection # BWOI-CEYTFZ of Jun-01-2022 Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)] Observation: Glasswasher observed to be not dispensing soap into the wash tank. Sanitizer being properly dispensed and tested at approx. 75ppm. Correction: Glasswasher is closed. Rewash all glassware using the kitchen dishwasher. Contact service technician for repair. Glasswasher may be used again once repaired by technician.

Glasswasher repaired. All new tubing installed. Soap dispensed into wash tank. Recommend adding a physical check to the wash tank in glasswasher to verify soap is being dispensed. Underside of shelving directly above food preparation surfaces cleaned. Ensure underside of shelving is cleaned daily. Floor under equipment cleaned. Inside of cooler next to grill cleaned. Pickles have been relocated to a lower shelf.
