Routine inspection: 2 compartment sink provided with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels. General sanitation is satisfactory. Pepsi cooler at 4 degrees C. Domestic cooler at 4 degrees C. Freezer at -10 degrees C. Monitor and ensure -18 degrees C. Chest freezer at -16 degrees C. Probe thermometer available for use. Bleach sanitizer available for use in labeled spray bottle. General sanitizer formula: 1 oz of regular unscented bleach to 1 gallon of water. FOODSAFE requirements met at time of inspection. Reminder when in operator to monitor and record temperatures of all coolers and freezers. Application form completed for months of operation change. To operate April to October.
