Corrective Action(s): Ensure any open bags of dry goods is transferred to food grade containers.
Ensure all products is stored at least 6 inches above ground, even in walk-in cooler.

Observation: Mice droppings are noted on floor under pizza prep table, and floor along wall by shelving racks. Pest control company comes regularly. Night cleaners are in charge of floor cleaning.
Corrective Action(s): Remove droppings, sanitize areas, and monitor. Night cleaners will have to do a better job cleaning.
