Follow-up inspection conducted: - Rice scoops stored in ice water. General food storage practice satisfactory throughout. - Foods kept at least 6 inch off the floor. - Floor cleaned throughout, except mentioned below. Exterior of food storage bins cleaned. - Sanitizer bottles have been labelled. - Pest control inspection conducted. Report checked. It was apparent that facility had gone through a major cleaning throughout. However, the following areas still require better cleaning as discussed at the time of the visit. - Inside stand-up freezers - hard to reach areas (i.e. floors- corners and along the wall in dishwashing area, top surface of grease trap by the hand sink) NOTE: DO NOT leave a hose submerged in a bucket filled with water to prevent potential backflows as explained at the time of the visit. Repeated violation in future inspection(s) may result in issuance of Correction Order and/or Violation Ticket(s). Another follow-up inspection to be conducted on Thurs, Mar 3, 2022.
