Observation: Multiple fruit flies observed on site during inspection in the following areas:
- Near baked goods display at front service area
- On and around the mop sink
Staff stated that pest control company is contracted but is not sure if fruit flies are serviced as part of the contract.
Corrective Action(s): Place approved fruit fly traps in non-food preparation areas to remove current fruit fly population. Contact pest control company to assess and apply treatment/traps as necessary. Submit copies of the pest reports for the next 2 months to the health inspector for review.

- Sandwich cooler (top and bottom) at 3'C
- Milk dispenser cooler at 2'C
- Temperature logs are maintained on site
- Hot-holding units measured at or above 60'C
- General sanitation of premise is satisfactory
- 3-compartment sink available with drain plugs
- QUATs sanitizer pails (X4) with wiping cloths measured at 200 ppm QUATs concentration with test strips
- All food stored at least 6 inches off the floor and covered
- Chemicals are stored away from food
- Equipment stored in a sanitary manner
- FOODSAFE Level 1 equivalent trained staff available on site
- Staff observed wearing hair nets and gloves
- Permit posted in a conspicuous location on site
