Comments

General Comments:
-Food premises is a warehouse with a retail storefront. Premises distributes products to restaurants.
-No changes to operation aside to change in location/unit
-Sliding door cooler in retail section at 4 deg. C.
-2 freezers present in back storage area. Chest freezer was -16 deg. C; Upright freezer was -14 deg. C
-No re-packaging to occur as there is not a designated handwashing station or warewashing sinks.
-Premises only has health approval for storage/sale of packaged products (no food processing/re-packaging/food handling).
-Packaged frozen chorizo (raw) and carnitas labelled with business name (Don Chendo) noted in freezer. Operator reported product is made/packaged at other food premises. The chorizo is made/packaged at Columbus Meats and carnitas at Las Margaritas.
