Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Hydrated noodles stored at room temperature. One container of noodles stored on the floor with no cover and next to cleaning chemicals -operator indicates the noodles have been there for 45 minutes
Corrective Action(s): Once noodles are hydrated (water added) place them in the fridge -it is now a perishable item

Do not store foods on the ground or next to cleaning chemicals and keep foods covered

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Bucket for clean knives is filthy with food debris

Clean and disinfect your floors with your mop at least nightly
