A follow up inspection was performed for routine inspection MKIM-CJGQC5 and the following observations were made:
- Inserts of food items were no longer observed to be stored on top of other inserts in the prep cooler
- Sanitizer spray bottle equipped with 100 ppm chlorine
- Raw proteins kept on bottom self in walk in cooler
- Ice machine observed to be maintained in a clean and sanitary manner
- Proper thawing practices observed
- General sanitation satisfactory
