Observation: There is no seal between back screen door and floor.~ 1 inch gap exists.

Operational Observations:

-Food Safe 1 staff present at all times.
- Hand sinks stocked + accessible, hot water availble
- Bleach sanitizer availble in correct concentration (200 ppm)
- Refrigerator: Operating at correct temperature (< / = 4C)
- Hot holding measured at 50C, however, pizza does not remain in hot holding longer than 45 min due to drying.
- Permit valid + displayed.
