Comments

Some minor cleaning needed of all bread racks in both the bakery and the cake departments as well as the back floor tracks of the Miwe Aeromat.
No other problems noted at the time of inspection, all refrigerators and freezers meet temperature requirements, sanitizer on site (make sure staff are emptying previous days sanitizer and refilling with fresh sanitizer at the beginning of each day) prior to initial countertop cleaning and sanitizing.
