Follow up inspection is conducted and following have been observed:
-Hot water is now available at all plumbing fixtures (two compartment sinks and hand sinks)
-Paper towel dispenser installed at handsink in staff washroom.
-All handsinks in kitchen are adequately stocked.
-Prep-cooler is now working and measured at temperature less than 4C.
-Bar dump sink is now installed next to bar glasswasher.
-Shelf for air drying is installed above two-compartment sink.
-Drain plugs are now available for two compartment dishwashing sink & prep-sinks.
-Walk-in cooler for drinks is measured at less than 4C.
-Hot holding unit is maintained at greater than 60C.
-Revised food safety plan is received.
NOTE - Provide extra storage shelves for dry food items near walk-in cooler.

*Permit fee is collected via cheque (#335) for the amount of $229.17 (May 2020 - Apr 2021).

Discussed with operator about the provincial order to reduce the seating capacity by 50%. Emailed a copy of the order and other resources required to develop a COVID-19 safety plan. Ensure that a plan is posted on website or physical copy on site.
