Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION):
Observation #1: Breakfast Sandwiches at 14.9C, sandwiches at 14.9C and wraps held in open-face cooler at 13.4 C (min. temp with probe thermometer). Air temp with probe thermometer = 14C; air temperature on unit = 10.4C. No cooler temperature log kept for this morning. Employee discarded these items.
Observation #2: Small coffee creamers stored at room temperature. Coffee creamer label says "keep refrigerated." Employee discarded the coffee creamers. Coffee creamers must be stored on ICE and the ice must be regularly changed throughout the day to ensure that coffee creamer temperature is </= 4C.
