Routine inspection conducted and following were observed: - Handsinks in kitchen and washroom are supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel. - Walk in cooler, prep cooler, upright cooler and drinks coolers are measured at less than 4C - Two upright freezers are measured less than -18C - Temperature records are maintained electronically. Accurate thermometers are available - HOt holding unit is measured at greater than 60C - High temperature dishwasher is measured at 74C during final rinse cycle at the dish surface - Surface sanitizer solution at the dispenser and in buckets with cleaning cloth are measured at 200ppm quats concentration - Food storage practices are satisfactory - No evidence of pest activity is noted at the time of inspection - Foodsafe certified staff is available on site.
