305 - Conditions observed that may allow entrance/harbouring/breeding of pests [s. 26(b),(c)] Observation: 1. The back door (next to the walk in cooler) had a sizeable gap at the bottom. 2. Pool of water by the 2 compartment sink due to a water pipe leaking. Work order is in place to have the pipe serviced. Corrective Action(s): 1. Install a door sweep to discourage pest from entering. Correct this by: May 11, 2022. 2. Eliminate sources of water pooling. Violation Score: 3
