Observation: Approximately 20 cases of duck blood (imported from China) stored inside the undercounter cooler and walk in cooler. Unable to verify whether food is approved source.

- Surface sanitizer available in designated white bucket at 100ppm chlorine bleach concentration.
- Main handwash sink equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap in a dispenser and single-use hand towels.
- Valid decal on Operating Permit.
- No signs of pest activity. A third party pest control company inspects for pest activity on a monthly basis. Summary pest control reports reviewed at the time of the inspection. Ensure to keep copies of pest reports on-site for review by the health inspector.
- General sanitation satisfactory.
