Follow-up to the recent routine inspection. - Areas mentioned during the routine inspection had been cleaned and now in sanitary condition. - Walk-in cooler had been reorganized. All raw meat/seafood placed below and away from vegetables/ready to eat foods. - Fish tank pipes had been cleaned. - Facility had changed the pest control company. Traps placed under coolers. Recent report to be emailed to the health inspector. NOTE: It is critical to have all food debris/water/grease removed from floors at the end of each day. Keep the facility in a sanitary condition at all times. Please contact the health inspector for any questions or concerns. No signature due to Covid-19.
