*Follow-up to inspection conducted on September 10, 2018 (Report #MLOO-B4GTKS) - Cleaning was done in the noted areas - No signs of recent pest activity - Hand washing stations were clear of obstructions *Operator has been trying to obtain pest control reports but has not been getting a response from the pest control company. The pest control company has told the operator that the reports will be dropped off today (September 12, 2018). Send a copy to the health inspector once you've obtained them.
