-Upright cooler in coffee area was at 4C.
-Prep cooler was at 4C (top and bottom).
-Pizza cooler was at 4C.
-Back upright cooler was at 4C.
-Service area ice cream freezer was at -10C.
-Coffee area chest freezer was at -9C.
-Coffee area bar freezer was at -10C.
-Back area chest freezers were both at -18C.
-Back area upright freezer was at -20C.
-Dishwashing area upright freezer was at -13C.
-Customer area freezer was at -30C.
-Chemical dishwasher had a final rinse of 100ppm chlorine on the dish surface (minimum of 50ppm required for proper sanitizing).
-Handwash stations accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Quats sanitizer spray bottles labelled and tested at 200ppm. Coffee steaming attachment sanitized with 200ppm Quats sanitizer after each use. Sanitizer spray bottles present in each food prep area.
-Dipper well running at the time of inspection.
-Foods stored off the ground and protected from potential contamination.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
-Washroom clean and sanitary. Handwash station supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
