Observation: OUTSTANDING: Majority of areas noted in the previous report have been cleaned up however rodent droppings still noted in the following areas:
-in the BOH electrical room
-in the staff locker room (on bench and beside lockers)
-under the countertops in the dishwashing area
-around the ice machine and across from it (area smelled strongly of rodent urine)
Corrective Action(s): Clean the above noted areas thoroughly and use a 100 ppm chlorine bleach solution. this must be done THOROUGHLY and more frequently using bleach to discourage rodent activity

Observation: OUTSTANDING: left side prep cooler has been replaced but was found to be not appropriately operational at the time of inspection, ambient temperature measured 14C
Corrective Action(s): Correction order deadline extended to Oct 26. Operator must ensure that the cooler unit is repaired and is capable of maintaining contents <4C with normal operating conditions (without ice)
